Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use D&B Finance Analytics to ascertain credit worthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Rates how potential customers pay
  • Breakdown of legal matters (liens, suits, judgments)
  • Financials (when available)
  • Status of older legal matters (liens, suits, judgments)
  • Accurate Credit Limits
  • Accurate Credit Ratings
It's relatively easy to understand and I've built a separate credit scorecard with a key to make easy credit decisions. I train all other users in my organization.
D&B has been in the industry for a long time which is why it is superior to other business to business credit reporting services.
For the most part, D&B is responsive to my requests for help.

Overall, I feel that D&B is the best credit rating service to use for business to business credit. However, I don't feel it represents a comprehensive view of all vendors for a particular customer.
