Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
We use DocuSign for a number of reasons. One big part is vendor contracts and the ease of use is great, every vendor we work with is familiar with it so that makes the adoption easy. We also use it with our customers to have them sign forms when they are on the phone with sales. This provides a quick turnaround time.

We went straight to DocuSign since they are the industry leader, didn't need to evaluate any other places. Pricing and the IT capabilities are good and we have no regrets about choosing Docusign. Their support is very good when we need it as well. Very easy to work with and figure out.

Worked with Adam Hernandez (Acct Rep) to get things set up and he came to Seattle office and provided demo for our company. This really helped with managers and execs to see the value and get the purchase approved. Adam has always been easy to work with and helpful in all areas.
