Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
Docusign is leveraged across the sales department for any major contracts with our clients, to extend new compensation agreements to reps, and to engage with new clients via NDA. It is also leveraged within our recruiting team to offer candidates a role at the org and describe their terms of employment.

- Keeps a good paper trail for all persons involved
- Easy to use interface
- Sometimes can feel a bit antiquated
- Could be more versatile
- Would like more integrations with softwares I'm currently using
- Increased our ability to scale our workforce quickly
- Increased efficiencies in onboarding new clients
- Improved our hiring process
DocuSign has been great for us so far. I did not have any final say in which application we chose, but from what I can gather, DocuSign is more robust than the other apps out there. It is quick to create and easy to figure out for new users. Important for startups!
