Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to coordinate documents between employees. It allows us to make sure that everyone has the latest and greatest version of forms and information.
It also serves as our cloud [backup] in the case of any calamity that would require us to restore our data. Dropbox keeps our [backups] up to date instantaneously.

- Securing our data
- Coordination between employees
- Seemless integration with our Windows computers
- Our repository has grown with time. Replicating the entire repository on a new machine takes a long time.
- You can share with people outside of Dropbox. That can be confusing for people who don't use Dropbox.
- It would be helpful to have better differentiation between personal and work files.
- For a fair annual fee, Dropbox keeps our files [synced] between users.
- It helps us meet our compliance needs of having an off-site [backup].
- It answers our disaster preparedness plan.
When we looked at Google Cloud Storage, we found the Dropbox app was more stable and reliable. It had better integration with Windows. Since then, Google has improved, so they are a good alternative, but now that we are invested [in] Dropbox (and we like their product), we are staying with Dropbox.
