Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud
We use Druva as our backup/restore solution for servers, VMs, and Office 365 data. Druva allowed us to move closer to a cloud-based single-pane of glass for management/replication of our VMs and Office 365 data instead of having an on-premise replication solution that was very disjointed with a clunky UI.

- Customer Support
- Streamline Implementation
- Time Savings
- Management Simplification
- Improved RTOs/RPOs
We utilize Druva to protect Office 365 data (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.) We are potentially looking to include the protection of endpoints in the future. The implementation of this feature was very straightforward to accomplish, and the reporting/metrics are very useful for providing a point in time to feel confident in data recovery should the need arise.
Dell's Data Protection Suite was fine, but it was a solution selected by a previous management team. Some of the familiarity with managing it left with the prior team and we were faced with an opportunity to transition to a new backup/restore solution. I feel Druva improves on the management capabilities and user interface that Dell offered.
