Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
LAGOS has been using Dynamic Yield for over 2 years. Since adding onsite personalization we have seen an increase in customer retention. Customers are coming to the site and being served relevant products to their shopping needs. The most significant change was updating our product recommendations to dynamic content instead of us picking what we thought the customer wanted to see.
- The Customer Success team at DY is amazing. Whenever we have a question, they are quick to help and provide helpful information.
- DY is very good at providing use case ideas from companies to help inspire use cases to be used on our site.
- The DY Summit is an amazing time to hear from other customers and what they have been doing with DY on their sites.
- The one thing I noticed that is missing from DY is the automatic merchandising for the product grid pages. But luckily I know this is in the works and will be released soon!
- By adding the Urgency Notifications to the PDP we have seen an increase in purchases. For instance, when an item is low in stock we note" Only 2 left" which makes the customers complete their purchase quicker!
We are currently testing to see how the data from DY is performing vs. Smarter HQ for product recommendations. Since DY is tracking more of the customers' experience, it is gathering more relevant info for each specific customer.
