Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
We use EveryAction to track donor, partner, and stakeholder information for our nonprofit. In addition to gifts, we track relationships, interactions (calls, emails, direct mail, personal mail, etc.) We run reports to track the effectiveness of our fundraising efforts, number of interactions, and grants and grant reporting. As a nonprofit in difficult times, EveryAction helps keep the team and our plans on track.
- grant tracking, including reporting and interactions with funders
- donor interactions, especially being able to blind copy emails
- financial reporting, in about as many ways as you could want to spin numbers
- Not able to cleanly track memorial gifts, or pull that information well
- Getting lists of constituents in the database is awkward, and sometimes takes several tries to get the information entered just right
- I feel like we pay for functionality we don't use, specifically advocacy.
- Using their email engagement, last year's Giving Tuesday campaign raised $10,000 more than the previous year.
- It has a big learning curve, and we lost a couple months of optimum productivity while we all learned the system.
- We are able to track fundraising and donor contact with much more accuracy, as EveryAction has a Contact History report.
EveryAction has allowed us to consolidate our marketing and fundraising efforts. Now we know who has received what piece of information or email and are better able to track responses. I feel like it is moving our fundraising efforts forward.
