Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Our company did use it at one point to reach out to our customers to support them and their needs/issues. This would be for outbound and inbound calls as well as utilizing text messaging. This platform helped our field services department as well as our technical department. Outside of these departments, I am not sure if the service was utilized elsewhere.

- Easier 3 way calling or conference calling
- Ability to connect and integrate with SF
- We ultimately went with another service as GoTo was causing to many issues and concurrences with calls being dropped, not going through or simply not working.
Not well. It was very difficult for our teams to utilize this service to its full potential. Because of this, I am sure lots of features were missed out on.
