Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Allows us to remotely assist our customer base, taking control of their PCs (with consent). Been invaluable to support the increase in home working; this includes customers working from home, and our service desk agents working from home. We have also made some use of the Rescue + Mobile concurrent product to troubleshoot customers' issues with mobile devices.

- Allows Agents to trouble-shoot
- Allows us to review usage via admin reports
- A report showing concurrent use (of licences) would help us to source the correct number of licences
- helped us to deliver services while we flexed to incorporate more working from home
