Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar
I use it as a virtual meeting tool. I am able to share diagrams and drawings and have other participants interact. My next project is for training using the company's email services. I have several remote users and this will allow me the ability to give them the training resources without the expense of bringing them to the office.
- Allows multiple people to take control of the training
- Gives the operator the ability to upload documents for the participants
- Makes it easy for the participants to login and join the training
- Questions are easily seen and allows organizer the option to answer immediately or wait until it is appropriate
- The analytics are cumbersome
- I have not used the recorded presentation mode
- Pricing structure is high
- We have it as a group of feature already being paid for
- Outside training resources are costly and this is as effective
- Users are less frustrated by unanswered questions and have a better sense of the applied technology
- Downtime and repairs are reduced because of empowered employees through training
I think both have very similar feature sets. Their respective subscription prices are about the same. I use the GoTo products and I am familiar with the GoTo ecosystem. Zoom has done a great deal, in the past two years, to address security. Either product gets the job done ultimately.
