Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
It is being used across our property manager organization for tenants and potential tenants to communicate with us.
- It has a great screening process. It keeps tenants from calling us for non-emergencies. Instead, they are directed to leave a voicemail or send us an email. Makes being a landlord much easier.
- Sends voicemails to email so we always have a record of them.
- Keeps our personal number private.
- For the amount we use it, it’s too expensive. It would be better for larger-scale businesses, and we only have four sets of tenants. Would love to be able to pay per use.
- Gives potential tenants an opportunity to reach us and to be screened before we return calls so that’s positive. Otherwise we only really use it because it keeps our personal number private.
