Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru was very helpful on our job because you can use it to get information like we need to know about the process of Vehicle swap we can pull up our guru card, and you can see the information that you need to know. We can't do our job without Guru.

Guru was very helpful on a daily basis because you can get all of the answers on Guru once you don't know what you are going to do next now I'm using Guru because we are customer service representatives we need it because like I said we need to know what is the next step.

The scenario is The time that I don't know what I'm going to do because on my job we have guest and hosts. Our guest wanted to get a replacement vehicle, but I don't know what I am going to do next. My Team lead told me that you can pull up your Guru card so that you will know what you are going to do. I recommend Guru on a daily basis.
