Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru mostly as a knowledge database. We work in the payments industry and our industry is changing on a daily basis. At least that's what it feels like. We have close to 50 sales representatives that we are consistently having to train and keep updated on policies and changes within our business. This is a great place for us to just go and update once and everyone has a place to search out the most updated information that we have.

For a knowledge base, this has been extremely helpful. Keep in mind you have to keep the knowledgebase updated but we really struggled to keep all of our sales reps on the same page before we had Guru. Now at least we have a place to direct them to find the information they are looking for.
