Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar
Hotjar helps us to understand users' needs. We use mainly surveys, recordings, and heatmaps. The insights we get from there are one of our basic pillars in our UX/UI optimization process. It works for us and was very easy to implement. Our partner agencies and our in-house team members use Hotjar regularly.

We used different tools but Hotjar combines several functionalities in one tool. So we used and are still using SurveyMonkey for bigger Surveys but it's handy to also have a tool where we can create short single questions surveys. We selected Hotjar because it is a good collection of functionalities that support our CX/CI improvement processes.
