Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM on a daily basis to track all loans approved and declined, as well as track cross-sell, MRC, GAP sales, and referrals. This gives us somewhere to contact members and keep track of conversations. We are able to look back and see what we have done for them in the past.

  • I do not deal with that aspect of it
It is really easy to use if you can multi-task. It is a nice side-by-side comparison for the spreadsheet that I also keep on a monthly basis. It is nice to be able to track everything accordingly.
I do not have access to this part of the program.
I have never evaluated before now.

It is good to be able to go back and look at conversations between myself and a member instead of combing through a whole bunch of emails. It is quicker in that sense since we can search for the name of the member and they will pop up.
