Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM on a daily basis to track all loans approved and declined, as well as track cross-sell, MRC, GAP sales, and referrals. This gives us somewhere to contact members and keep track of conversations. We are able to look back and see what we have done for them in the past.

- Integrating more into our own system
- Nnot be repetitive
- I do not deal with that aspect of it
I do not have access to this part of the program.
