iCIMS is being leveraged across the organization as a Talent Acquisition applicant tracking system.
  • Binning of candidates and the process flow is seamless and logical.
  • iCIMS collects relevant data and allows for robust reporting.
  • Good integration with job posting sites or aggregates like TalentBrew, LinkedIn, etc.
  • The search-ability of candidates is clunky and requires extensive training to become proficient. I estimate that to become fully proficient in searching tools requires a few hours, but also significant practice.
  • iCIMS as an ATS allows for increased recruiter efficiency because of the seamless process flows that candidates follow as they go through an interview process.
  • iCIMS works hard to stay ahead and continually improve it's offerings.
Bullhorn's candidate search capability is simpler and more user friendly.
iCIMS meets our global needs from an ATS perspective and continues to invest in it's platform to continue improving it's offerings based on user feedback.
iCIMS is well suited for collaborating with hiring managers. The CRM capacity is basic, but helpful.
