Overall Satisfaction with InMoment XI Platform

It helped our vussi ess in conducting customer experience surveys by generating random surveys at the point of sale. It helped us track various parameters of customer experience such as quality of service and speed of service. It also provides insights in terms of consumer behaviour and helo create better SOP to help bussines.
