Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to track new business leads and new opportunities. It also acts as an efficient database for existing and new clients.
- Contact database, with great links across organisations.
- Opportunities are a good way of focusing on some of the key projects coming up.
- Linking to the iCal diary makes everything quite seamless.
- Notification setting could be better.
- Email links to projects/opportunities is a little cumbersome.
- The report section is a little confusing.
Insightly has definitely aided the conversion of projects from both new and existing client contacts. Before using Insightly I used a simple spreadsheet, which whilst effective has none of the data capturing element of a decent CRM system.
Salesforce seems a bit over the top and expensive for a small business such as myself.
