Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Mainly it will used by accounting but others will have dashboard visibility. We are integrating with SFDC, so sales will also be a user to some extent.
- Intacct is great at increasing your ability to track multiple dimensions of you data and slice it the way you want it.
- Intacct is great at interfacing with many partners.
- Intacct is easy to use when you are coming off QuickBooks.
- Sometimes you can't edit data, such as when you pay via credit card.
- The report writer is a bit clunky.
- Set up is more complicated than some systems.
- Better sales information.
- More granular cost information.
- Better collaraboration.
Intacct is more robust and scalable and reasonably priced.
