Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I use Jotform to run my business. This one tool is able to help me collect customer data, offer them the right product based on their profile, manage the inventory and collect payment. It is extremely user friendly. Without too much training I got a hang of it within 2-3 hours and I started using it. There are a number of options and value added features which make it an ever evolving journey filled with pleasant surprises. The integration features are so cool. It allows me to collect and share the data with other users in a friendly format. Wonderful product. I am a very happy user.

Jotform is very flexible robust. It has excellent integration options. The mobile app is excellent. It allows you to manage inventory, shop front, variants of a product which other softwares struggle. Ability to collect payment and seamlessly integrate with paypal, credit cards give excellent ability to manage small online shops.
