Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

JumpTrack is useful because it helps keep track of client hardware and delivery dates. It helps my admin team and tech team be able to let clients know the status of the shipping and when they can expect their new hardware, etc, to be delivered and set up. JumpTrack is able to help keep all the different orders my company gets from Amazon, Dell, and Lenovo.
  • It lets me track orders and check on delivery dates
  • It lets me tell our clients when they can expect their orders
  • It lets me tell our techs when to expect orders
  • The mobile app is hard to use.
  • The login page is confusing.
  • JumpTrack has increased our productivity by me not needing to hound different vendors for dates.
  • I have been able to provide clients more accurate dates and projects too.
It's always a benefit to have increased visibility and accountability. It allows me to give those same values to our clients.
Before it was just employees tracking, so it's helped a lot.
