The Collaborative suite of LucidChart helped our cross-project processes between teams get the best visualization platform, so as of now, we don't need to spend hours explaining stuff. We can simply draw it in LucidChart.

Using Lucid is easily integrated in our organization with using Slack and Asana.
The only thing that sometimes can break the great feedback is that in case of not having the best internet connection, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite takes so long to load and brings delays. It seems like poor-quality connection optimization has not worked out well.
