I am a paid user of the service and have the same support as everyone.
I was having [an] issue importing a list over from a competitor and my ticket was issued to [someone] on the support team. She was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to notice and implement a solution for an account-level change that was due to be processed. She kept me apprised of the progress and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Yes - It works great for keeping track of campaigns and stats. You cannot create on the mobile app which I wish was an option. But that's the only downside in my opinion.
