Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams has become the main communication channel in our team.
It offers many advantages to the old and sometimes bulky classic emails.
The integration with other Microsoft Apps is good (not great) and offers many possibilities to make Teams a central hub for information exchange.
But the new pest after 'Reply to All' mails are new Team Channels popping up with every Project or Task. This can cet very confusing and hard to search for a specific bit of information or document buried deep in some random subchannel in some subfolder.

- removes the pain from scrolling through endless long mail threads with mail signatures taking up most of the screen space
- quick way to reach out to colleagues via message or voice call
- integration with landline phone
- share documents with certain colleagues or external partners
- sometimes choses the wrong microphone (internal instead of headset) resulting in bad audibility
- new version 2 lacks some features from old version
- often it doesn't ring in the mobile app
- Replaced our landline phone system
