Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Oh, there is no case. We simply use it to keep everything in one place, where information can be accessed by everyone. This makes it less confusing and it's been nicer with organization since we started to use it. I simply like it because I am ADD and dyslexic. This helps me so much! I confess, I am still learning as I go so I cannot give it 10 stars. People like me just have to concentrate a little harder and this CRM makes my life so much better!

- I am still learning the board, simple, easy instructions could be broken down better.

overall, it's improved in many aspects. Our company has many different types of things that we do so we can all still be on it and still working individually and other people don't miss their specific deadlines because it also sends an email.
