Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I am as a consultant and lead developer, using monday.com to manage clients, projects, and employee data. Also managing employee data with monday.com. Even Overall task assigning, time tracking, Performance report creation, and many more managements are done with monday.com. We have 20+ clients who use monday.com in their businesses. We integrate multiple apps like Slack, Quickbooks, GHL and many others with monday.com on the basis of client requirements. It's amazing tool for team to manage work efficiently.
  • I like summary of subitems, especially with subitasks as subitems and add item tracking for each subtask it can show total tracked in parent item. Similar with other columns, like numbers, status, date.
  • Dashboard features, Many kinds of dashboard view available, we can utilize on the basis of requirements.
  • monday.com workform is very powerful, easily share form link when submitted it will create line item in board with provided data.
  • monday.com automation is very helpful in order to automate steps with specific rules and easy setup.
  • monday.com also provides integrations in order to automate processes if need to integrate multiple app together. or need to transfer data between multiple apps.
  • monday.com has a formula facility to perform calculations, but formulas can not be use in automation, I found this is a deficiency. Still I utilize by using 3rd party tool like make.com, it would be best if formula can be improve in monday.com.
  • Timetracking is also a powerful concept in monday.com, but it will not allow entry by api with write access on timetracking column. If possible to update timetracing by api. It would be more helpful. In order to transfer tracking from other platform like quickbook, etc.
  • I like monday.com doc most to create good notes and KPIs. API doesn't allow to download monday.com doc file. This really I am expecting as this is the need of many clients.
  • monday.com is a very beginner-friendly tool, Very easy to set up boards and time tracking for the team, connect boards facility allows you to connect with multiple boards and see data in 1 board as mirror columns.
  • CEOs, CTOs, and Managers can easily set up dashboard in order to track reports from each board in 1 place. every efficient and time savior.
  • We can choose a plan on the basis of team and requirements. We can add multiple users in the workspace. The best part is We can add free guest users in the workspace.
I have completed over 200 integrations with other tools such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, GHL, and many more for clients using monday.com, with the assistance of make.com and Zapier. I have found it to be easy and convenient for businesses. It not only makes my clients happy but also brings satisfaction to my team by consolidating overall data in one place.
Regarding customer support, I have had a good experience. With many tools, you often need to wait at least 24 to 48 hours. However, with monday.com support, I always receive an instant reply on chat with a live agent. The last time I used their support, I initiated the chat with an AI and was connected with a live agent within 5 minutes. This level of convenience is unmatched elsewhere.
I found monday.com as consistently working well. Easy to set up and user friendly it is reliable to see all updates in one place. Having many features like update feed, activity logs, notifications, monday.com doc, automation, integrations, and many features made life very easier. almost 80% of tasks can be automated and the biggest time savior. As a developer, I have utilized the mentioned apps to integrate processes for clients, and I have found monday.com to be superior due to its abundance of features compared to others. Choosing monday.com provides enough capabilities for teams and managers to handle work in one place, it has more tendency to reduce manual work and is the best time saver.

Here, I will suggest that it is best to create employees, clients, or project reports. Easy to track with the dashboards. I did many integrations and developments. I can not list each of them here. I will say the best tool for management. I couldn't see criteria of unsuitable. But yes It will depend on the client's requirements. I will suggest it as very user-friendly tool for CEOs, CTOs, Managers, and company owners also for team.
