Overall Satisfaction with MRP

They provide content syndication services for our marketing team, which generate leads for the business. We give them assets created by our company, e.g., whitepapers, reports, infographics, etc., and they promote our assets to their database. They overlay their intent data on top of the database, plus the filters that we provide to them (job titles, company lists), and then send content syndication emails only to the individuals that match our filters and the intent data.

  • Has helped us reach MQL goals.
  • Has influenced the deal pipeline significantly contributing to several closed deals.
  • Display ADS we ran with them (conversational ADS) did not generate the expected traffic to the website.
While we do have a dedicated account manager, I feel like they make a lot of mistakes, which sometimes affect the timeline of our campaign launch. Prior to this account manager, we had a different one who unfortunately left the company, and they did a great job with keeping track of all the changes that we requested to our campaigns. Simply put, at the level of investment we are making, we expect top-notch management of our account with as few mistakes as possible (of course, no mistakes at all is not realistic).
It has helped us generate a lot of MQLs; however, the feedback that we get from our sales teams regarding these leads is that they are not warm enough yet - simply put, they are not ready to be contacted with a sales proposition. Some MQLs generated via pharosIQ have indeed influenced million-dollar or hundred-thousand-dollar deals (depending on product & region), which we are pleased with.

pharosIQ is well suited for enterprise companies looking to generate more leads for their business, especially if they have gaps in the buying committee they are looking to convince. They are able to target well the personas their clients are looking for. I think it would be less appropriate for smaller businesses, as I feel their services might be considered too expensive.
