Nextiva Business Phone Services connects our customers with our technicians, administration, and the CEO.

  • Phone App / Desk phone via Voip
  • Phone app is inconsistent, sometimes rings, sometimes doesn't
  • Mutiple places to login without good understanding on what is what
  • Phone logs means that no call is missed.
  • Emailed mp3 voice mail is fantastic to getting the voicemail to the right technician.

We are a marine dockside service team, and in the past, we had multiple people chained to the office to 'man the phones'. The ease of receiving calls through one number and forwarding the call out, with a clean phone log is amazing. I love being able to return office calls with a missed log just like a cell phone. It is also really helpful to be able multiple phone tree options depending on who is working and who is on holiday.
