Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

Nintex process platform is used for mapping and storing cross processes to be share across different departments. It is easy to use. However mapping complex processes we still need to use Visio.

For University processes, Promapp is appropriate for mapping process across different site for different levels however it is not a popular tool for all department.

I have been supporting Promapp for last five years, it is unlikely we will move to another tool to replace Nintex Process platform.

Nintex Process Platform Implementation

i was involved during the implementation of promapp at AUT.

Change management was minimal
  • unaware of any implementation uses, but single signon was issue few times i used in early days.

Premimum support is not required yet for Nintex package we have purchased.
We had swap over of Promaster at one point. So we requested for manual to help the new promaster , support team promptly provided all useful links with in a day.
