Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use On24 to run 4-6 virtual events a month education our prospects and customers on challenges pertinent to them and solutions we have here to help them solve these challenges.
- Lots of opportunity for customization of audience experience via engagement tools
- In depth reporting on audience engagement and activity
- Great customer support
- Decent presenter experience
- Updated UI
- Better intergrations with Marketo, Wordpress, and Drift
- Better documentation
- Improved speaker camera options (filtering/mirroring)
- Increased engagement with attendees
- Ability to scale our webinar program
- Better reporting to measure impact
We do have On24 integrated with Marketo which has been essential for moving event metrics into our systems. We host registration via Marketo and our own Wordpress registration pages so being able to flow in event data to our CRM allows us to effectively score, route, and capture the activity of all attendees.
I am not sure On24 as a product as inspired new innovation, however we do appreciate all of the updates made to improve speaker and user experience. They do host an annual end of year event in which they showcase how customers are using On24 in different ways and I find this inspiring/always enjoy seeing how others use this tool.
