Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use On24 to host webinars for potential clients and to share our expertise with a wider audience. On24 allows us to offer better engagement for our audience, and to track leads' interest in our company better. It is also easier for us to run webinar on On24 than it was on Zoom, as it is more automated.

We have On24 integrated with Salesforce and have optimized lead scoring. There are many leads who watch many of our webinars, and we are able to see the quantity of webinars that they have watched and how they have engaged during the webinars. We also see when people are asking questions about our services and then we have someone from our sales team reach out to them afterward.
On24 has made it much easier to host simulive events than when we did this on Zoom. On Zoom, we had to play the simulive webinar directly from someone's computer, which left a lot of room for error with audio and possible pop-ups/other tech issues. It is much more seamless with On24, so we have been able to host simulives on a more frequent basis.

We previously hosted our webinars on Zoom, which was a much less interactive format and not really scaled for such large-scale events that we have been hosting. The On24 consoles are really great and we are able to have links to share with our audience. The on-demand format is also a lot better on On24 than it was on Zoom.
