Evaluating Oracle Eloqua and Competitors
No - We didn’t have any solution in place before eloqua. We were just using some junky batch and blast email systems with poor reporting capabilities
- Vendor Reputation
Another division of the company was already using eloqua so it had been cleared by security and was much easier to implement
We didn’t really gave an evaluation process. Eloqua was the only solution considered

---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Problems get solved No escalation required Immediate help available Support understands my problem Quick Initial Response | None |
Not Sure - I’m not sure what we are doing for support. Another group in my company handles that relationship
I’ve never had to personally reach out to eloqua for problem solving. From my perspective the product works like it ahould
