Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
Our use of Eloqua is currently for email marketing support. We mostly do batch and blast 1 time use emails, but there are some trigger campaigns. We are looking to implement welcome and nurture campaigns by the end of the year.

- Ease of Use
- Better self help section. I don't like the search in Topliners and find faster to search Google, which typically directs me to what I need in Topliners.
- Increased the sophistication of the email marketing channel
- Allowed for a more multi-channel marketing approach to reach advisors in numerous places (calls, social, web, email)
- Due to limited resources, we are not able to utilize the tool to its fullest. The features are not at scale for a small team and viewed as too expensive.
Pardot does not have nearly the functionality of Eloqua. It's much more basic, but seems to pair well with Salesforce.
Adobe Campaign does not have a logical workflow in my opinion.
Marketo was very close to replacing Eloqua at the firm. The ease of use for a marketer is very attractive for a small team. The reason we did not follow through was due to a data integration.
