Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
In my organization, it is used for time sheet tracking, leave management, employee information and manager actions. It is set up globally across all departments. Several thousand users use it for self help as well as administrative tasks. Both web and mobile versions of the interface have been enabled across the organization.

- Navigation can be difficult for new user.
- Better time tracking.
- Efficient leave management.
- Reporting helped identify unused features.
While I was not responsible for selecting Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, I have found its user interface to be more intuitive, workflow is easier to follow and page performance is fast. For my organization, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM would have made more sense since they use other Oracle products so integration with them would be more seamless.
