- Help Support
- Helpful Slicks for new features and upgrades
- Account specialists who know the most about your account and manage your help tickets for you
- There is currently an alert in payroll processing if an employee works MORE than their projected salaried hours--it would be helpful to have a flag for when employees work LESS than their projected salaried hours.
- Sometimes implementation for new/underutilized features can be prolonged due to scheduling constraints with the regular account specialist--having a dedicated "roll out" team for each feature (expense management, Paycom learning, etc.) would be helpful.
- Eliminated manual checks for monthly allowances
- Eliminated manual entry of individual employee 401k contributions
- Eliminated questions of how much time off people had left for the year
