We use Paycor for scheduling, applicant tracking, onboarding, time and attendance, payroll, and more.
- From scheduling to tracking attendance and importing timecards we use Paycor everyday.
- Payroll is smooth and efficient.
- Recruiting and onboarding make hiring easy
- Reporting should allow any field to be selected and customized
- User access with management levels is difficult when you want to assign a store team to multiple managers with little variance in permissions.
- Customizing how accruals works isn’t exactly what we want and need and no solution has been offered that works for our organization

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - The pay grid is super easy to use and importing timecards from time and attendance is simple. I’m able to preload information in the pay grid and run additional payruns with no additional cost.
