Overall Satisfaction with Planview AgilePlace
General task management, prioritization of projects, communication of status and issues. Different teams use it in various ways - some are very sophisticated and use it to manage workflows. Other groups use it as bare Kanban boards. That's the beauty of the tool - you can use it as a simple tool or tie it into mature project management methodologies.
- Ease of organization of projects.
- Easy to manage task lists.
- Allows for customizing cards/boards.
- Need to be able to CUSTOMIZE content of notifications.
- I need to be able to add a status to indicate that the item was closed without being done - for example, it was no longer needed, but my only option is to say it was done.
- Great organizing tool to help standardize our methodologies.

Using Planview AgilePlace
200 - Our business users use AgilePlace in addition to Information Technology and Process teams. Project managers and people managers use the tool to prioritize work, manage workloads, provide visibility into the project's progress, and identify any risks and issues that need to be addressed or escalated. Different teams use it differently, as the tool is flexible.
3 - Project management, change management, process improvement are all great skills to have to support users, as well as IT admin to manage users and configuration.
