Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro
Wake County Government utilizes PPM PRO as our Project and Application Portfolio management system. We have been using PPM PRO for over 8 years now and have grown our capability maturity along with the functionality that the tool offers. We have been extremely successful with growth and expansion toward enterprise use within the county to track technology related projects and applications. We are continuing our growth with the use of the resource management functionality and also interfacing with other Planview suite tools like ProjectPlace. We look forward to what new features are slated in this year's Roadmap and how we can incorporate them into our strategic work planning.

We have only used PPM PRO since we started Portfolio Management with Wake County back in 2015. The tool has served us well over the years and grown with us as we have expanded our strategic efforts. We recently implemented ProjectPlace and interfaced with PPM PRO to enhance our project management functionality for less experienced project managers and teams and have been very successful with this effort.
