Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for many general HR tasks including Payroll, Time off, and Benefits. I have found Rippling extremely easy to use. My favorite feature is the Time-off Module, it makes requesting time off easy and hassle-free. Also, the benefits module has been easy and I was able to select my plans seamlessly. I have not had any issues with Rippling and would recommend it to a friend.
  • Time off app has good overview page with detailed descriptions
  • I like how it is easy to access documents like a PDF of my W2
  • I like how Rippling has a lot of information under one website. I can access insurance and payroll information easily.
  • I'd like to see a different color scheme.
  • Easily able to track work organization and find other employees.
I have not used another product like Rippling.
I have not requested support for Ripping so I have rated it a 5.

Rippling is extremely usable and easy to navigate.
Rippling is well-suited place to control important payroll information and access necessary documents such as W2. I think there needs to be more information on the reports app because I am not sure what that is used for and there is not much information to be found on it.
