Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for onboarding, payroll, PTO management, and benefits enrollment. It made joining as a new employee a smooth and easy experience, and I was able to sign contracts from my mobile phone. All the functions I've used have exceptional user experiences, optimized for desktop and mobile. I'm very happy to be using Rippling over something like Workday.

As an employee, I enjoy how easy to use Rippling is compared to Workday. All of the features I need are accessible, mobile-friendly, and easy to use. Onboarding was a breeze, as I was able to sign onboarding documents and fill out my employee profile entirely using my phone.
