Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is great for managing benefits and for time off/PTO requests. Very easy to use and navigate. The dashboard is straightforward and to the point. Also when it comes to tax time the paystub/W2 documentation is all right there and very easy to access making a stressful experience a little less stressful.
  • Org chart is very helpful to navigate anew company
  • Benefits page is very helpful to see what plans you have active
  • Time off feature is very easy to understand and use
  • Payroll is a nice feature for tax time
  • I'm not crazy about the color scheme, seems petty but I think visually it doesn't look great.
  • The sidebar is redundant to the dashboard/landing page
  • I'm not sure what the "reports" page is for. might make more sense for management
  • I'm guessing it frees up time in the HR department for them to focus on more important matters
  • It saves my manager time dealing with PTO requests increasing his value to the company by giving him back time
  • It saves me the headache of having to track down the right person to ask about payroll or any other info stored in the app, making me more productive
Justworks has a better color scheme and looks more relaxed. But feature-wise they are the same I would say. Rippling might best them in the dashboard department as I think it is a little easier to understand and navigate. But overall I think they do the same thing as well as each other.
I haven't had to deal with support from rippling, but if it is anything like the functionality of the software I'm sure it is great. Rippling seems like a well-thought-out and attentive-to-detail product and I fully believe in the team behind the product. I always know what's going on with my pay and benefits and that's the most important part to me.

Rippling has amazing ease of use and I can not stress that enough. From the first time I used it for onboarding and then getting into my tax documents, and benefit selections it was always very easy to navigate and has everything I hoped and expected it would. I can't think of anything to improve
I think Rippling is a great tool for all things HR managers have to deal with daily ultimately taking a lot off their plate and saving everyone involved time. I like the ease of access to documents that are important to me and being able to access them whenever I need them in a timely manner
