Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for all HR Management and for Payroll. It really make the whole process smooth and seamless. The best part is that it'll catch me if there are any discrepancies and will inform me. Their customer support team is really great and will get back to me, usually within an hour or two and the latest by the end of the day. They are very clear in their responses and really know the system well!

Their response time is amazing! They also have a very clear understanding of the system and are able to explain it to customers that don't know the system as well

I find that the features are all available and in the places where I'd expect them to be. Also, the important ones are on the home page, so that makes it even easier.
Rippling is really well suited even for a small company that only has a couple of employees. I have some remote employees in other states and it makes paying all the requisite State taxes and fees super simple.
