Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to generate custom reports and visualize current headcount data and historical trends for senior leadership. Additionally, I utilize the time off requests reports to assist with capacity planning. These functions help our company make more informed decisions regarding hiring additional staff, redistributing workload, or investing in training programs.

Rippling is a lot friendlier to use by our company's employees. Requesting time off is simple and approving time off by managers is quick. On the admin side, rippling reports allow more customization to help with our capacity planning and headcount analysis. Overall, Rippling has beneficial to everyone in our company.
Rippling support has been quick and responsive to all our teams' needs. Switching from ADP to Rippling was a seamless process. The support team had been very helpful on the payroll side prior to our switch to Rippling earlier this year. Other competitors were not this responsive or helpful to our teams.

Rippling has made it easy for any employee to navigate and find exactly what they're looking for. Employees can find their salaries, insurance information and time off balances. Custom reports for admin users are customizable. The app that can be used on phones is also great and easy to use.
Rippling is well suited for overall headcount analysis. Aside from being easy to navigate, it offers a lot of flexibility to create custom reports that may be used for various headcount metrics. Metrics can be observed on team level or individual employee level. Time off request reports are also available to help senior leadership strategize in regards to capacity planning.
