Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for Global Payroll, it allows us to safely and reliably manage payroll with out worrying about compliance issues.
  • Rippling allows me to run automatically so I don't have to even worry about running payroll late.
  • Rippling ensures I follow up with state tax documentation
  • Rippling integrates with book keeping software to make book keeping easy
  • Rippling's user experience is very streamlined, but I am not a big fan of the colors, I'd love some customization.
  • Saves me a lot of time dealing with payroll for a very affordable cost
Rippling is by far has the best value for the price.
Rippling treats customer support as a first class operation - in fact they have their customer support metrics made available online for everyone to see.

Everything is very intuitive - I didn't have to read documentation to figure out how to use the platform
I'd trust Rippling to run my entire HR & IT organization as a start up, as I grew I'd have to see how it scales - but I believe it will be better than any existing options in the market.
