Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling on a daily basis. I enjoy the user-friendly layout of the software. It is very easy to find what you are looking for. Not only is the layout organized the visual aspect is nice (large icons, menu selections, drop down boxes, switching between accounts, etc.). Plus they recommend other apps to use for a successfully thriving business. I highly recommend Rippling for your HR needs.

Excellent software for organizing all of your HR needs.
The search engine within Rippling allows you to search by name (first, last or partial). Unfortunately, it does not allow you to search by title or any other information. This would be a great feature when you are needing to know who is in charge of a particular department or you are not sure of the correct spelling of a persons name but you know thier title.
