New to my organization and love Rippling so far!

Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to view and manage my payroll, time off, insurance, FSA, Health Savings, Learning Management modules, and approvals. The product mostly addresses HR concerns like management, finances, and insurance/benefits. I am a relatively new user to the platform as I just joined my organization a couple weeks ago, but it is easy and clear to use so far. I like it better than my previous organization's HR platform!

  • It has allowed me to better understand which benefits plan I should use which will save both me and my company money based on my choices.
I started using Rippling over Justworks because I switched organizations and my new company uses Rippling. So far, I like it better because it has more content and better functionality. Very easy to use and well suited for this organization. I had no control over the decision, but am loving it so far!

Easy to use so far.
I think Rippling is perfectly suited for the work environment to track various organizational needs, specifically for Human Resources. Since joining my organization, I was able to complete my onboarding documents in minutes with no issues, completed various training modules, and am able to track my payroll, benefits, and time off with ease.
