Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it to house our employee engagement, payroll, and benefits.

  • Reporting: it can be very complicated.
  • Employee profiles: the profiles can't be mergered with terminated account when rehired
  • Payroll: Hours don't merge over correctly.
  • Rippling has made our payroll process easier
It is because Rippling does not have everything we would like it to and has many flaws.

Could be a little more user friendly. Would like more features. Would like questions answered more promplty.
Reports take while to create.
Payroll is alot of manual data entry.
Tickets submitted can take 24-48 hours to get a response.
There is no option to rehire an employee.
