Used friendly for all employees, we call it a one stop shop as we can create custom apps and also since Rippling is expanding it’s features, we can use features within Rippling such as the performance management system.

Very user friendly and organized
One scenario can be with onboarding, everything has been automated so when an employee is active they get emails from Rippling on their start date, we have intergratjons with Checkr so a new hire can complete their background check, tasks, etc
