Robly maintains a good helpdesk, which has been helpful to us in getting the team more oriented within the platform during high-specification marketing campaigns that require a bit more accuracy with targets than regular marketing campaigns. Robly's communicators are active most of the day, and usually don't take long to respond to our needs as clients if questions arise. To refer to Robly's general usability we must first emphasize its ability to execute mass mailings, which is huge, and does not make the performance of the platform any different, which means that it has many possibilities to be used in large marketing situations, and being so automated and intuitive, it is possible to get used to it and do mass marketing in a short time.
