Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
My coworker mostly handles the HR side of ADP, but I know that she assigns about 75% of our training virtually to employees which has been such a time saver for her!!!
After 13 painstaking years with Paychex, we made the big jump to RUN Powered by ADP in 2022 & everything ever since has been smooth sailing! Implementation was made extremely easy and worked around our schedule. And even now, in the day-to-day use of the payroll services, we have hardly had any issues and I have found more and more benefits to being with ADP: The ability to run and create my own reports for any of the odds and end scenarios that may arise. Submit help tickets if I am unable to complete a task on my own or just need some additional assistance. Our employees are able to make their own adjustments and view all of their information at their own discretion. Time Tracking services that allow our employees to have an idea of what their paycheck will look like in advance. Training platform to assist HR in ensuring that we are meeting all of the government mandated requirements. These are just some of the many benefits that we have taken advantage of since switching to RUN Powered by ADP!

Employees are able to be more accountable for their pay now thru Employee Access. They are able to make changes to their taxes if they feel they need that adjusted, they are able to modify their direct deposit on their own, view prior paycheck stubs and not need us to print them out any time they need them, view their PTO/Sick time without needing our assistance - this has been a huge time saver for our business!
I have not utilized the mobile app often as I am traditionally using my laptop for payroll processing.
While Paychex Flex was a decent payroll processing product, the customer service support was terrible. We were unable to reach our assigned payroll support team member constantly. If we had issues that were not pressing, we would send a quick email to get insight or to be addressed and it would go unanswered for WEEKS. This was extremely frustration as while it may not have been pressing at the time, but due to the length of time, it can grow into a snowballing effect.
